Dune

I thought the movie Dune was very enjoyable to watch! I am sure the book is much better and more detailed, but I still thought it was a good movie. The movie was not what I thought it would be like… I expected there to be a lot more aliens involved, and I had no idea the book or movie involved spiced. I was literally mind-blown when I learned the ENTIRE movie evolved around a fancy spice!

I do wish there was more character development in the movie, but like I said: I am sure the book is way better. It was a little confusing when the main character makes it to the planet, instantly falls in love with a girl, and then it flash forwards a few years. That was confusing.

Overall though, I would watch it again! It was long but it kept me intrigued. I am very excited for the new Dune movie to come out and see how it compares to its pairing book and other movie!
